TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Very unprofessional. Staff is incompetent. Branch manager is arrogant. For a simple change of directors procedure for a tiny non-profit organization with all three directors present we wasted one hour of our time with nothing done and finished. The Financial Advisor" Eric Hou had no clue of the government websites where the information is stored and from where it can be retrieved

Worst bank ever!!! I stood in line, waited my time (they've apparently done away with senior hour) and when I reached the teller I deposited money, moved money to another account and then needed to return my locker key. Before doing so, I wanted to make sure the locker was empty. I was asked to step aside so a financial planner could deal with this matter. I've NEVER EVER had to have a FP take me to the locker room. Of course, I waited 10 minutes and left. The staff at TD may not realize it but people DO have other things to do.Upon returning home, I tried booking an appointment online, but that's a story for another day!

Came to branch. Was treated rudely by teller. And hold for security I’d have ti css as l and number Which was not the cor number at as l ygey wrote down and cone back to beach again ti terrify situation BIG waste of time and I said as much. I’d shown my ID. And card. Used ti be enoughWhat was asked made no senseAnyway. I ended up speaking with Paulina The manager who did get the situation solved at least. At least situation was rectification

Great service! I especially want to thank Sarah and her coworker who help me on last Saturday. They were so thoughtful and understood my situastion. I really appreciate what they have done and will transfer my other bank stuff to TD soon.

This branch is amazing! Ayah was so so kind and helpful and fulfilled all my needs at this branch.

The bank tellers are nice here and the manager. The problem here is the financial officer. Her name is Ayah D. She is not friendly and i find her unprofessional. She is supposed to help people but her demeanor is very judgmental and unprofessional. I tried emailing her and did not even respond to the email I sent. She needs extensive training and needs to be compassionate about people who needs help regarding their financial situations.

By far the worst td bank I have ever seen they even lock the doors to the ATM even when they are still there if I could hove them 0 stars I would lucky for you you get 1 star. And don't get me started with the outdoor ATM I do not know how you guys are not closed down if ypu are worried about the location and the poor people in the area learn to put you business in a right location

ATM is open during branch hours only. You can't use ATM in evenings and weekends.
