New Punjab Sweets & Restaurant
Had a pleasant a dining experience during our visit. The food is flavorful, hearty and cooked very well. There are both veg and non-veg options. The serving time & the temperature of food was very good. Also, there are variety of sweets to choose from for your sweet tooth. Most importantly, the customer service was friendly, attentive and courteous! Definitely worth visiting and we'll be returning happy customers. Great food and fair prices.

Walking in customer service was very friendly. Big delicious flavourful proportions. Channa masala is the best! They treat you like one of their own!

Worst food in Kelowna . Goat curry wakwass, don’t go new punjab sweet & Restaurant. Time & money waste. I ate before Oder here goat curry from made in India It was super great .

It was our first time trying New Punjab, and it was a good experience.I tend to read comments before visiting a new place, and I was a bit unsure about this restaurant, but I am happy that we tried it.The food was good, and the prices were reasonable.We were a big group, and they accommodated us to sit close to one another.The waiting time was not that long, and our server took good care of us.

Three of us had dinner 2 days ago, wow, just wow, every dish was more delicious than the other, from lamb to chicken to Baingan Bhartha, every bite was heavenly, flavorful, exquisite, enticing and savory. The place to go with friends, family and devour a fine Indian cuisine. As you can see from the picture below, it was finger licking good!

Update: 25th April 2023You guys are funny! You found the pics old? That clearly states that you haven't gone through the complete review and I am sure you would not have seen the bill attached with the date. Who cares about what you like? It's all about customers, do not forget that! I criticized your manager because the management deserves to be told the truth. Maybe the manager herself is replying to this review? Lol, who knows? If you don't want to see it, then continue with your bad business, who cares!? I am here to write a review and tell the truth which I am doing. Defame you, what was there to appreciate about your business? And with your arrogant reply, I bring down the rating from 2 to 1 as you clearly cannot take the feedback/review. Enjoy!I usually go to them for sweets but they are just about ok, not so great or something to recommend. I wish they had someone making fresh sweets here but they all get it from some place or the other. Indian sweets look and taste much better than they actually sell it here so a disappointment plus there isn't a lot of selection out here in Kelowna, hardly a shop or 2 that sells Indian sweets plus the rates of the sweets are high too. But if you are craving for something sweet then do pay a visit. You can check out their kaju katli, kaju roll, doda barfi and gajar barfiUpdate: Visited again for dine in.Ordered Samosa, Jalebis, Boondi Laddoos, Dahi Bhalla and Pani Puri. Samosa and Pani Puri are not worth ordering. Dahi Bhalla and Jalebis were good, worth ordering but the service by the lady manager was rude. She didn't respond once called. She gave attitude too. She waived but never returned. Service by a staff lady was very good. Didn't like the attitude of the manager though. I also have a real concern about the oil used because none of us were feeling well after we returned. I have a feeling it was something to do with the cooking oil.Changing the rating from 3 to 2(Latest pics attached)

A very warm and courteous server served us. Very attentive to taking the order and getting the customized dishes just right. The dishes were very delectable and reminded of preparations from back home. I'd definitely try them again.

This is my favourite Punjabi Indian food restaurant, the quality of food is also great. The best part is, if you have any issue you can directly chat with the manager, he does his best. Highly recommended for tandoori items.

I love the food here. Dal Makhani is amazing, and make sure you get a side of garlic naan, raita and mixed pickle. But the STAR dish is the veg korma - I don't know what they do to it, but it's so good. Creamy, flavourful. The servers seem like they personally want you to have the best meal of your life. Is the decor low-budget? Yes. But you get to watch Punjabi music videos, which are lit, and cricket, which is hilarious (well, to me it is, because I have no idea how it works). I'd rather sit in a restaurant with paper chains and old tables and have amazing food and service than a shiny place downtown with overpriced boring quinoa salad. This place is legit. Prices are good too. I always end my meal with a cup of chai. Sometimes two.
