I'm a resident here at Regency Square. This apartment has some pros and cons the pros are nice neighbours. The cons are the current manager is bad some of the residents living here tend to let strangers in, homeless are breaking in, there is a smell of piss at one of the stairs and there are loud neighbours. It would be better if this apartment had pest control, better security and better managers.

Resident of 10 years. The buildings standards have gone down since they hired the current building manager. Shes terrible. Lost access to buzzer from front entrance last year. Removed back entrance to the building. Lots off homeless breaking in and carpets always smells like mildew. Part time manager and maintenence is MIA. No pest control services when you make multiple requests. Again, manager is terrible at managing.

Absolutly gross. Went to look at an apartment and i wouldnt let my dog live there. Your guests cant even buzzto get in because there is a steeel cage in front of the panel. The hallways were dirty and smelled bad. The apartment had mildew round the bathtub. Disgusting
