The Storage Depot
Just had to comment on the excellent service we received at The Storage Depot. My son needed some long term storage for his car while he was out of the country for two months. The location, not far from Calgary airport, was ideal and I was so impressed with the positive and professional communications in setting up the storage and receiving the car on return. The rates were great and Dave was great to deal with. Thanks!

Brad and Dave take customer service to the next level! I bought my first travel trailer and Brad and Dave jumped in to help me park it safely into the stall and showed me how to unhook it and hook it back on. I would've been stuck without their help. The facility is in a great location and the sani dump and potable water on site is a huge plus if you are going crownland camping. The 24/7 access is very convenient as well. Thanks guys!

Fantastic transaction from the first email to the end. Easy going and friendly staff that I had met. Well marked out line as to where storage area was for the RV. Very easy to complete a contract. Didn't get 5 because of the length of gravel road with pot holes (varies pending on when the grader goes through) you have to travel to get in and out on.

I arrived at The Storage Depot on short notice . Brad and Dave were extremely accommodating ! They are gentleman and very polite . If you are looking for a great place to store your trailer or whatever else you have to store I highly recommend them they are great guys. Thank-you Brad and Dave.

Brad and Dave are absolutely amazing! Their customer service is above and beyond. They are always ready to lend a helping hand. My son and I had intentions of resealing our trailer roof, but unfortunately did not have an adequate ladder. Brad graciously offered his ladder along with some silicone and tape to help us reattach a broken vent. Thank you for an extremely positive experience thus far!

Even though my storage was for a short term , Dave and the crew went above and beyond providing me excellent service ..put the car cover back on my car after the wind got to it and tied it down with ropes to secure . And also installed the battery so the transport truck could haul it away . I highly Highly recommend them ..and prices are about the lowest you can find in Calgary ...cheers

Dave and everyone that works at the storage depot have been so fantastic to deal with in every aspect. Safe and secure, can see the trailer driving into Calgary. They’ve been super accommodating with when we drop off and pick up for the season going above and beyond what I’d ever expect. Will definitely be back next fall.
