I would give it five stars for service but the location I was in on Marion smelled so bad I was honestly worried my furniture would absorb the smell hard to stomach the smell

Good and safe place to store your stuff, but when I used them last year I got stuck paying for extra time that I didn't need for circumstances beyond my control

In a world where payments are bi-weekly because of pay periods or monthly because some people get paid monthly, the payments of every 4 weeks is frustrating.It's hard to budget something where the payment day is different every month.Other than that, the service is very good, staff is friendly, understanding and, within reason, accommodating.There are trolleys and palletjacks to help you move your stuff.

Clean, bright facility. Need aisle numbers at end of each row of units. Also another inclined loading bay would be useful.

Been storing my stuff in a locker for about 2 months. The staff was always amazing and did everything they could to get my needs met. Super happy with everything provided and the service they gave. Definitely recommend storing here.

We needed a way to de-clutter while doing renovations and after researching several options decided on Modular Storage. They were friendly, straightforward with all the costs and were less expensive than anyone else offering remotely similar services. I ordered two Mod32 thinking I would need the space, but they are larger inside than they appear so I only ended up needing one. When I called and told them I had only used one, they credited my monthly rental for the empty to the next month.They asked for a weeks’ notice for initial delivery and I said any time within the next 7 - 10 days would be fine, they delivered the next day. Pickup was within 24 hours as well. I would not hesitate to use them again & again & again . . . . .

Access Storage has tons of options, clean and bright locker areas, carts for our use and 24 hour access. We are so thrilled with the service we receive and to top it all off, they're really nice folk. Highly recommend!
