I'v bought a few items (lunch bag, labels, lunch bento boxes) from cute kid stuff and have always been happy with the quality. Recently I order some labels and there was delay. I received an email right away advising the delay and follow up updates on when I would receive my package. Love the customer service and appreciate the updates.

Great selection, quality products, easy shipping and helpful customer service! I was looking to replace my son's favourite lunch bento (OmieLife's OmieBox) and Cute Kid Stuff was the only Canadian retailer that I could find carrying the replacement parts which really help extend the life of our litterless lunch items. A loved go to for lunchbox and bento accessories. Not only do they have a great selection of products, the customer service is exceptional. You feel like buying from a trusted friend.When I purchased an omiebox with a planetbox bag they proactively reached out to inform me of fit constraints if I were to use them together. So considerate. Any time I’ve needed support they were quick and helpful. Shipping was super also, fast and notification’s throughout the process.

The entire shopping experience was wonderful. The site was easy to navigate and check out was smooth and simple. I found this site when I was looking for the OmieBox and they had the best deal all around! They even had an additional 10% off deal for Valentine's Day. Shipping was so surprisingly fast - shipped out the next day and I received it the following day. (2 business days!) I would highly recommend purchasing from this site for bento boxes and lunch boxes!

Cute Kid Stuff has amazing customer service! When placing my order that included various products and accessories from a brand, they noticed that when I ordered, I hadn't noticed some of the accessories were not compatible with the main product ordered. They took the time to email me to double check if I was aware of that fact and then were willing to assist me in making an exchange for the right accessory before shipping my order to me. They were so helpful and thoughtful, and their customer care is above and beyond! Would definitely recommend and will order from them again.
