Thank you Octavia and Sonia for an outstanding experience so far. I was in pain when I first came to the clinic last year, but Octavia performed her magic and I felt amazing after just one treatment. The same happened to my mom and we are both grateful for Octavia's help. Octavia is incredibly kind, caring, knowledgeable and always helpful. And Sonia is also delightful to deal with, so professional, dedicated and very patient. Because of these wonderful professionals every visit to the clinic is a real pleasure, even when I am in pain.

100 % , without a doubt the best service I have ever received. Very professional.I came in as a walk in emergency, with a very painful ingrown toenail. Despite being already very busy , Doctor Octavia Hristea saw me immediately and within 30 minutes was giving me surgery. The doctor and her team were very personable , informative and professional.I was in and out of there in well under 90 minutes. With everything needed to care for my toe ( tape , dressings etc).They were also quick to answer questions i had during my time healing.In summary, if i had to use one word to describe the staff and service , that word would be EXCELLENT .I highly recommend the Ottawa foot and ankle clinic.Thank you to Doctor Octavia Hristea , her surgical team and the very helpful and beautiful lady at reception/front desk.

Octavia treats myself and my daughter. She's extremely professional, knowledgeable, and all of her recommendations were accurate and beneficial. She always provides a completely accurate diagnoses and prescribed the right treatments. I can affirm we are in the hands of one of the best professionals in our area.I was very happy to recommend Octavia to our friends and relatives who became her patients!I can't recommend her enough.

I have been a patient at the Ottawa Foot and Ankle Clinic for several years and have the highest praise for the quality of care offered and the professionalism of the staff. Following a nasty injury to my ankle in the fall of 2016 I sought care at this clinic as my first option. Under the expert care of Octavia and Sonia, my ankle healed well which is remarkable considering the nature of the injury. I and most of my family receive foot care at the clinic including diabetic foot care, custom fit orthotics and compression stockings. The clinic even offers excellent quality shoes. The one stop shopping experience is a blessing.

Really terrible experience. Although Octavia was nice, the clinic itself was awful. Total chaos. Rude reception. No signage anywhere. My appointment was suppose to be with Sonia, but when I showed up to my appointment, I was mysteriously not on the schedule. Octavia was nice to squeeze me in, but I felt like she was trying to get me to spend money on their merchandise. Awful.

The best chiropodist that has ever cared for my feet!This afternoon I had ingrown toenails removed. Staff sensed my nervousness as soon as I walked in and asked Dr. O. to come and speak with me. I was immediately put at ease by her wonderful manner.Dr. O. has an exemplary surgical technique. I barely felt the freezing and the entire procedure was over in about 10 minutes. She explained the procedure in detail as we went along and provided detailed after care instructions. Because of Dr. O.’s incredibly precise technique, I am virtually without pain - and the freezing wore off over 8 hours ago!I have also purchased orthopaedic shoes and orthotics from the clinic and was extremely happy with the service and accommodations.I am so happy I made the decision to visit the clinic in the first place! I will seek treatment from Dr. O. and Sonya for years to come.

UPDATED REVIEW (Oct 6, 2020): Octavia offers the best example of customer dedication and service bar-none. She personally delivered a new pair of shoes to my home amidst COVID since the office is closed for customers/patients. Again, I stand by her wholehearted approach to customer satisfaction and she's made a customer for life.--------------------------------------------UPDATED REVIEW (September 14, 2016): Dr. Hristea did an OUTSTANDING job responding to my review! Within 3 days she arranged to meet me at my home, picked up and repaired my insoles, and dropped them back off to me in-person. I am FLOORED.She has proven to me that she stands behind her work, and genuinely wants to educate and care for her clients. She left by saying: I just want to help people" -- you've proven that to me

I was thoroughly impressed by the service and professionalism of the team at the Ottawa Foot and Ankle Clinic. Octavia Hristea and her team were fantastic with my little toddler - he had ingrown toenails and is generally shy and afraid of people he doesn't know. But the team put him at ease and performed the required foot and nail care in such a way that it was a very good experience. The advice for prevention / general foot wear education was spot on - and helpful! Thanks a lot, highly recommended team.

Octavia is highly skilled, explains well and cares deeply about her patients welfare and health.Sonia is patient, explains extremely well (even if she probably says the same thing many times a day you feel like she is telling you as a friend), she is thorough, efficient and very skilled.Nathalie at reception represents the clinic with compassion, good humour, kindness and efficiency.All 3 ladies are a great team and you never feel rushed or a burden. They have a great recipe that we wish all clinics had. You won't regret going for a visit, in fact you will be looking forward to your next one.

Mu son had 3 ingrown toenails that were very painful for him.We went to see Octavia Hristea today. Both my son and I were extremely impressed with the care and service that my son received today. We would highly recommend this clinic and service!Thank-you! .
