We have worked with mark for many years. We use him and the team for all our vinyl decks ( or sun decks depending on where your from ). He’s a fantastic tradesman. On time, efficient and very reasonable on price. Nothings ever a problem.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Very quick install, the new wood tone option looks great and modern. Doors and a layer of siding were removed and the vinyl was applied a foot beyond the deck so that no water leaks inside of the house. Very happy with the entire process. Would highly recommend.

I have had Sea and Sky Armor Deck replace the duradek on two decks on two separate occasions several yars apart. I have been very happy with their work both times. They have been professional and courteous and quick to repond to any questions I had. They did the work quickly and were knowledgeable about their product. Markus also gave me the name of another company when I asked for help with replacing the railing posts on my deck and that company, Nexgen Construction, was also extremely helpful and coordinated with Sea to Sky Armor deck to make the whole process very smooth. Markus and his talented crew did a great job. Our deck was constantly being peppered with pine cones and debris, which filtered through the gaps between the old planks. This built up a literal terrarium and ant farm in the underlying space, causing rot to the beams. Markus used his excellent diagnostic skills to suggest a redesign. His team then applied the vinyl , heat sealed the seams, and we now are free of all problems. The result was beautiful and functional, and super easy to clean. Really fine work !

Markus and crew are excellent in every aspect. Smart guys, they spec the job right, and complete it perfectly. I certainly wish all my contractors were this GOOD.

We had our deck vinyl replaced by Markus and his crew. They did a first class job from prompt estimate, updates which were needed due to poor weather stretches, and once the weather cleared they were on with the project and completed a quality installation. Stephen, Christian and Will arrived about 8am and got right on with removing the old surface and worked continuously until completion just before 5pm. I got a number of estimates for the repairs I needed for my deck. In the past, I've paid a lot more for this work and the work took months to be scheduled. I had a great experience with Markus at Sea to Sky. Not only did the estimate come in at a very competitive price compared to other decking companies, but the team got the work done a week after I put in the order! Granted I got off to an early start by having this work done in April, not in June or July, but it was still impressive. Steve and Christine who repaired our deck and put down a new vinyl covering on it were fast, pleasant to deal with, and very flexible, doing some last minute repairs of some rot in the wood that couldn't be seen or prepared for before stripping off the old vinyl cover. I was really pleased with the work and the value!
