This place used to be so much better... now it's the dirtiest Wendy's I've seen.Even the burgers that I used to love tasted.... off? Not the best Wendy's by far. Management should be ashamed. Under staffed or not it should not look like this at 430 in the afternoon on a Thursday.

Ordered 2 double Jr bacon cheese burgers with honey mustard and recieved no buns or sauce of any kind. Tried calling numerous times and no one answers the phone.

I’m not one to write reviews as I feel like my experience somewhere shouldn’t take away from someone else’s, but I definitely will not be quiet about the experience that I just had with the manager at this location. I went through the drive through, ordered two combos from the menu, and when I went to pay for my order, after giving the person at the window a $50 bill, I was given back $4. $4. I got 2 combos. I then proceeded to check my receipts, only to find out that I was charged double for everything . After the manager realized his mistake, he proceeded to give me 2 extra receipts, with no explanation. Just through them in my face. He gave me the extra money that he owed me , and basically gave me $30 in toonies :/ so I then proceeded to ask him if I could get cash, as I don’t like to carry cash, and definitely not that much. I gave him back the change, and realized that $15 was missing. He then started to harass me, tell me that I’m looking for a money grab, and etc.. You get what you put out. I felt extremely disrespected, and felt like my time was wasted because of the mistake on their end, and the harassment that I received was absolutely disgusting. I asked the manager for his name , and he refused to give it to me. I feel extremely discriminated against, disrespected, and have read other reviews about the staff. I would like to speak to someone in HR to discuss what happened. This should not happen to anyone else, and definitely is not okay.

I usually love Wendy’s as a fast option! But unfortunately when I went yesterday to try their ghost pepper ranch crispy chicken burger , I got grilled chicken and pounds of sauce… no cheese , no bacon… I got the ghost pepper fries as well. Not even 8 hours after consuming I got saph food poisoning , due to poor hygiene. SaphToxins were in my sandwhich or fries ( which means a worker did not wash their hands and put bacteria into their food while making it) being so sick, I was disgusted , my food was handled poorly, following NO safe sanitation protocols and safe food consumption. I felt disgusting knowing I picked up saph food poisoning from a Wendy’s I go to. Really Disappointing, I really hope know one has to experience this…A deep follow up needs to be done , to make sure this Wendy’s is following their health and safety.

This is probably the worst Wendy's I have been through.Food is forgotten often, and quality is not like other Wendy's. As you can see, attached a spicy chicken and what seems to be a tomatoe? And maybe lettuce?It's not worth the money I paid.

At 9:30 June 13th there were 5 international students and their sponsor in front of the cash having a gaggle. I asked them if they were ready to order and they said no. I stepped ahead and tried to order, a simple order. The cashier ignored me, then told me they were ahead of me, which I like. But I explained they are not ready to order and I am. The cashier then began to field a torrent of questions from the students. This is why this location constantly has long wait times with minimal customers. Inefficiency. I witnessed 3 small orders, before the students, take 20 minutes to get out the door.

Was disappointed the last 2 times. Nice people, but the meat is thin, not hot enough, and with a slightly reddish tinge when I bite into it. Need more effort to make the burgers look like they do on ads. Thicker meat would be nice.
