I was very impressed with the service I recently had at Cycle logic. From the first time I went into the store the employees were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Brendon was professional in every way, and during my returning visit he remembered my name and knew exactly why I was back.You can tell that these employees have a passion for what they do, and are genuinely excited for the purchases that are made.I am looking so forward to getting out on my road bike:)Thanks guys

Had a brake line problem and went in without an appointment. They are booked solid, but took 10 minutes out of their busy schedule to help me! Brendan and his coworkers were super helpful and cheerful, and they will definitely be my go-to bike shop from here on out in Prince George!

I recently had a new bike build done by Malcolm at Cycle Logic and I am so thrilled with the service and the product. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted for components but I'm by no means an expert. Malcolm helped me pick out parts that balanced quality and cost and I never felt like an idiot for not knowing something. I was contacted regularly about the status of the build and it was completed quicker than I was expecting. During my first ride I noticed that the cable end caps matched the colour of my stem and pedals - that tiny attention to detail impressed me so much and the bike itself is everything I dreamed!

Neal was extremely helpful in working with me to select the perfect bike. Explained the differences between a bunch of different bikes and was very thorough. Ordered in the bike we both agreed will work best and i picked it up today. Fantastic experience start to finish and very happy with the new bike.

This is actually my second review of Cycle Logic but I am very happy to say after years of having their excellent mechanics tune my road and mountain bikes I have purchased a new bike from this local distributor. I spent a couple of weeks doing my own research and narrowed down to a few options I would be interested in. Cycle Logic carried one of the three and had just recently gotten some stock in their stores. I went in on my lunch and found in PG they only had the medium frame and I would need a large. Luckily the owner was travelling up from Kamloops and was able to grab a large frame from their Quesnel location. Without a guarantee of purchase they did this for me and I was able to go in after work and test ride the bike the same day!Their team is super knowledgeable and we were able to speak frankly about all of the options I was looking at even from other stores and distributors. Because of this we were able to drill down the pros and cons and in the end I felt comfortable making the decision to purchase an excellent bike that would suit my needs with just a couple of tweaks.I have trusted the bike mechanics at Cycle Logic for years and appreciate the fact that they host the PGCC Road group rides from their location and sponsor other local events with prizes. I was happy to be able to purchase my new steed from them.Value is added to new bike purchases with one (1) year of basic service included which is part of what swayed me from one of the other options I was looking at.Another excellent experience with a larger purchase from Cycle Logic. Highly recommend - 5/5 stars!

I bought a Norco storm, medium bike. It is a beautiful fit. The staff were very helpful: they shortened (sawed) my extra-long seat bar so it could slide down, short enough to fit me, they adjusted the breaks and shifter distances to fit my hands, and they answered my many questions. I can bring my bike in for free tune ups for a year, where I will peruse their fun gear. Thanks for being so friendly guys!

I looked a lot of different places for back-country skis and boots for my partner's birthday and finally found exactly what she needed at Cycle Logic. They did a first rate fitting and molding job. They carry top brands like Scarpa and DPS and I really appreciate the knowledgeable staff for bikes and back-country skiing. Brenden is especially experienced in these areas. I was surprised also that they matched prices from larger out-of-town mail-order suppliers.

These people are amazing and kind. My daughter's bike was not working and they did everything to help me out. Neil is very compassionate and kind. Great customer service and a very nice store. I will will be back because of the service!

Buyer beware!! The shop owner won't actually return anything past the 15 days. Not even store credit. Nothing. He'll say you got a spec of dust on it. Poor guy needed that $100 I guess.
