Hello, I ordered a few wigs from you over the years and have had excellent service all the way through so I figured now is a good time to give you an honest review. It is a pleasure to support a real Canadian company. Your human hair wigs helped me to feel whole again. I recommend anyone to shop here as they reward their customers in many ways with things like a free gift in the package and free shipping. They resolve issues quickly and always respond to my emails quickly. I hope to shop here again soon for a new wig and maybe even go shorter this time. Thanks Hair & beauty team!

I recently purchased the Shanna wig and my experience has been extremely disappointing overall. The wig arrived a very different colour than what I ordered (more than just the difference in screen resolutions could account for). When I contacted the company they informed me that this is what I had ordered, it was final sale and they would not take it back. The wig itself is not coloured well, the two tones are not blended at all as can be seen in this photo. I was told that the colours would blend over time after a few washes and that this was normal. I was surprised to hear the wig was not ready to wear without being washed several times first. Compared to my other (cheaper) wig, the hair on the top does not move well at all. I wanted to change where the hair is parted and I can't, the hair snaps right back to where it was. Given the price I expected much better. Suffice it to say that I'm truly disappointed in both the product and the company and would not recommend anyone purchase here.

When my hairpiece in particular arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality.Every hair looked just like it was actually growing out of the piece. The piece was light and breathable and easy to apply with tape. It boosted my confidence on the job in our accounting office and best of all, my wife in law loved my new hairdo. It lasted me for as long as it possibly could and I was very happy with it.Long story short, I just ordered another one from you and once again I am just as pleased. Everyone thinks I look ten years younger and the mix of grey and brown looks so incredibly natural. This is the best piece yet.
