BES Nails & Spa

I tried this place because my usual place was closed for holidays. Bes did my pedicure and it's the best I've ever had. They specialize in taking their time and giving you a lovely massage even using hot stones for part of it. The products were nice and their tools are sanitized. Family business and everyone was friendly. It will be a great place to return to again and again.

I gotta admit I was skeptical about this place but tried it because everywhere else I booked but I guess it was my lucky day! This is one of the best nail places I’ve been to in a while! Really good service, very friendly and professional staff. Best manicure/pedicure I’ve ever had. The lady tried her best to give me the nail shape I wanted despite my nails not being long enough. The cuticle cleaning was great and a week later my nails look as perfect as they did the day I had them done. Will definitely be coming back!

Incomplete and rushed job. My skin is raw. Even when I told them that my nails look incomplete, I was told that’s just how it is. Not satisfactory at all.Update: I was offered a free redo and it was better than the first one.

I love this nail salon! I will drive from another town to come here to get my nails done. The staff are so sweet and kind, the quality is so good and always lasts longer than expected and the prices are fair. It's a hidden gem in Burlington!

Love the staff always make me feel welcome

Had a shellac manicure and regular pedicure done recently on a Friday based off recommendations from a local Facebook group. Place was rammed accommodating everyone from appointments to walk-ins (I had an appointment that was never acknowledged so why bother?). My pedicure was done by two separate people with no communication on what was happening, and my manicure was started during my pedicure and then later moved to a table (once again with no communication as to what was happening). This was not a relaxing experience other than the massage chairs and foot massage given by the first person doing my toes. My shellac mani started to lift after a week - never has this happened before from any other salon in my life. I’d have lower expectations if this place wasn’t so highly recommended and the cost was lower but it was truly disappointing considering the $90+ cost (with tax/tip). I won’t go back.

Efficient, clean, and friendly atmosphere. I got a beautiful pedicure and will be returning.
