Jill is beyond outstanding! Our experience with her is second to none. She is kind, professional, and sensitive to our dog’s complex needs. She is so reliable and flexible, and goes the extra mile to make sure our dog is happy. We feel completely at ease when our dog is in her care. We appreciate her so much and recommend her without hesitation!

We are so lucky to have found Jill, she is amazing! My partner and I have very erratic schedules and Jill is incredibly flexible with us. Indie can be reactive and Jill has dealt with this in a seemingly effortless way. She provides updates after walks (including adorable pictures) and offers group play dates that Indie loves. Jill is awesome - we appreciated her checking in on our cat while away and sending a very detailed and kind update with pictures. It gave us great peace of mind! She is flexible and communicative, and I trust her to take good care of our cat.

I can’t say enough positive things about Jill and how responsible she is with looking after our 3 cats and dog. Whether it’s a dog walk or in house visit, Jill is always responsive and her pictures she sends us when we are away is a nice touch. Her love for animals is very apparent and we are so happy to have found Jill.

I can't say enough about how great Jill is. She has been walking my now 1 year old dog for over 6 months and I can confidently say it is very unlikely I will ever hire anyone else. In the beginning, as a new puppy owner Jill was so helpful in answering all my questions and helping with my insecurities as a new dog mom. Not a part of her job description. She continues to go above and beyond for Willow & I, is accommodating with her schedule & I feel her genuine care for my dog with each visit. She is authentic, caring, communicative (takes great photos!) and I know Willow always has the best time when she gets to see Jill (and sometimes her dog friends too). Jill is amazing with our dog, Molly. She responds promptly to requests. She keeps us advised on when she will be at our place. She is completely reliable. And, best of all, she cares so much for Molly!!

*Update to Owner’s Response*“The services we are and were looking for was walking in our area. We understand you still provide these services to dogs in our area. We understood you were in a car accident and couldn’t drive our dog to a different area, we had no issue with that. Ultimately we’re disappointed in the treatment we received, no explanation and being blocked after a single message on Instagram to see what happened. We were concerned if there were issues with our pup or another reason, however as stated above not only did we not get a response we were immediately blocked from contact. When the service was provided it was greatOwner decided to not show up for a scheduled walk. Gave no explanation for the cancelled service.
