Call It Spring

The customer service in this location is horrendous. I was looking for my size in a pair of flats and the old brown guy working there told me I can just look at the display.I was actually going to buy it on the spot because I needed it for work the same way. Apparently he couldn't be bothered.

I really have a bad experience there all the employees are extremely rude and they are not helping people out,i will never ever go back there from now on,even though I was eligible for refund they didn’t and they force me to spend all the money instead of refund

I have always been an admirer of Call it Spring, and the experience I had today at Call it Spring (Scarborough Town Center) is still haunting me. I was very excited to see all the collections and was deciding between 3 pairs. And a staff member came to me and told me not to try all of them and put everything back.I asked her what they expected in a shoe shop! She even told me I was disrespectful for trying the shoes. Please check the camera if i have done anything wrong. I have never experienced such disrespect and rude behavior from anyone in my entire life. I have talked to the manager,she was polite to say sorry and I appreciate that. I had to walk away with tears, and I promised myself not to walk into that door again!! I'm definitely going to other Call it spring outlets, but not there anymore.

I went to every shoe store in this mall to find women's dress shoes and Call it Spring was the only one that had something that fit my size 10 wide feet. The associate who helped me was very patient with me, she showed me a few different styles and explained how to properly care for my shoes to keep them in good condition. The shoes are quite affordable too, everything I looked at was under $60. I will certainly be back if I need more dress shoes.

It has some amazing collection of shoes. Must visit there once for purchasing your footwear.

I walked the mall for hours shopping for comfortable work shoes, but not much luck...until I went in Call It Spring. I bought three lovely pairs that got my attention two had in my size in store and one I was able to order for delivery as my size was not available in store. I can say am truly satisfied with the variety. The customer services is excellent. It would be nice if I knew the representative's name who helped me, so I could make special mention of her, she went above and beyond. I will definitely be shopping at this store again.
