Was told on the phone they could unlock my phone for $40 in 30-60 min. I do not live close to the store and I do not drive, so a 2 hour bus ride later I arrive. I spend 2 hours at the store waiting, then had to leave for a doctor appointment. The guy said he was still working on it and I should leave it there for him to finish. I called in just before closing and he said he was unable to fix it. Tired of going without a phone and having a busy schedule for several days I purchased a new one and a couple days later went to retrieve my first phone.They shouldn't say they can do something when they can't, shouldn't waste customers time.

Called and was quoted $20 for a diagnostic on my PS4. Told them I had blue light of death, told them also it was not HDMI or power cord and told them it was getting hot. I also told them I believed it to be the hard drive as there was no picture or audio coming up , nothing boots up. I would advise to not bring game console here. All they did was check the same stuff I already told them , they did not check harddrive and did not even take it apart because my hubby cleaned it before it went in ,we took cover off when we got home and no fingerprints. They never told me that my PS4 would be going off site, so I had to wait extra day to pick up . After calling them to see when it would arrive because I was waiting for a call back that I never got back . I receive a text trying to charge extra money after the agreement of less. So I paid for a diagnostic of my own information I already gave them when I brought it to them. So I paid $20 for them to check ports basically and that is it. I would advise to bring any game console anywhere else. I will say they are polite no issues in that way. If your expecting an invoice with everything they do with receipt apparently they do not usually give this? Not sure why as they are a business? I had to request they write everything down with amount I paid ,so they wrote on piece of paper what they did that's it. Buyer beware! If the owner reads this I would advise you change your bad business practices or you will keep getting not so good reviews and u will loose customers, word of mouth is important in the Preston community and beyond.

Worst service. Left an ipad for repair, they changed the LED screen which wasnt needed. They took the original screen and installed a third grade. Their installed screen started acting up and now its completely broken. I took it back several times but they couldn’t fix it. Upon asking if i can get the original screen back they promised to get back to me but they didnt. For a tiny repair i lost an ipad. Yes if you want to loose any electronic device and pay for a worst service. This is your go to place.

Recommended: My phone started having what I call seizures, where it would shut-down and restart without warning. I had no idea what was happening. I took it to GewTolo. He said it might be the battery and that I should get everything off of my phone. At the time I didn't have the funds for a new battery, so I waited. I kept dealing wit the seizures, but they were getting more frequent until one day it simply shut off entirely and did not turn back on.I took it back to Gew and he said he would see what he could do. We kept in contact, but the phone would not turn on. My phone was with them for about two weeks, but they were not able to turn it on or extract data.Gew was very kind about it and even said that I should keep it in case later on down the road a better way to fix phones was developed.They are trustworthy, helpful and they know what they are doing.

I took my game console to them they originally said it would be an easy fix and they would have it done in a week and call me with any updates. they never called once after about a week I called them and they told me they would text me an update and never did. they ended up running me around for a few more days just to tell me it was not fixable and then holding it for 2 more days. it blows my mind. don't trust them with anything take it somewhere that doesn't screw you over.

Great place to get your phone fixed! I just had my Nexus 5 fixed because of a power button problem. They were very friendly and fast in terms of their service. Their prices are fair and overall I would recommend Gewtolo to anyone. I am very satisfied and will definitely be back if I need to get my phone fixed again.

This location on King and Bishop intersect is always a positive result. Gew s great person to deal with . His staff as well are on top of things and so friendly. Won't go anywhere else ! Went to his Guelph location last week for the first time . Fabulous as well , nice store next to The Works " on 99 Wyndham."

Extremely unprofessional, I brought my phone to this location to have a cracked screen repaired, an hour after dropping off the phone I got a call requesting another $100 on top of the original agreed upon price, I agreed. After waiting all day I showed up at closing to find they had indeed finished the screen replacement, they were just too lazy to inform me, the quality of the screen replacement has to be the cheapest one you can buy, it makes my brand new phone look like it has a display from 2008, my fingerprint scanner no longer works. Horrible experience all in all. Will never return or recommend. At least the owner has the decency to admit the work was awful and choose not to charge me after ruining my phone.
