I have used DesRoches for yearly maintenance, water heater replacement (to get off a monthly rental) and most recently in the dead heat of the summer when my 17 year old AC stopped working. The technicians are very friendly, quick to get to my house for an emergency, and always on time for a scheduled appointment. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any HVAC job, small to large.

I had several of the larger HVAC companies come to quote a multi furnace install project out. DesRoches came in about $4000 cheaper than the other 2 larger companies. DesRoches also sent an actual installer to quote the job, not a sales guy who just are not as knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to call Shawn for future projects.

We had our central air and furnace replaced.Techs were friendly and on time. Stayed late to make sure the air was working before they left for the day.Back on time the next day at got right at the furnace.Great prices, fantastic service.
