Pleasantly surprised is what comes to mind. I have usually had somewhat of unpleasant experiences when it comes to auto services but this one was by far the best experience I have had in a long time. The gentlemen running the business are very polite, courteous and professional.First of all, you can get pricing and book your appointment online which is very convenient. They also have a very clean sitting area with free WIFI access which enables you to work while waiting.I booked my appointment for last Wednesday at 8 am sharp at the Thornhill location and was told it may take up to 3 hours to have my windshield replaced. The gentleman made sure I had everything I needed to work while waiting and then he surprised me by having everything done an hour later!Polite, professional, convenient, clean and quick service is what you will get!Oh and they even deal with the insurance companies themselves which is super convenient. Truly a 5 star rating!

What a great and smooth experience. Rick was professional and so courteous throughout. It was my first time at Speedy Glass and I couldn't have been more delighted.I dropped the car off, they provided a taxi chit to drive me home (and back), and called me when the car is done, I signed one document and I was off and running. The car was finished in the time they promised it to be. It was extremely smooth and pleasant experience. Totally would recommend!
