Maybe an off day or improper application…Got two nails done as they were the only place not busy, both nails proceeded to snap off/peel within 24 hours of getting them. They don’t do refunds (should have that posted somewhere) and only offered to do them the exact same with no cost. Won’t be back.Very gracious and welcoming customer service and also LLBO licensed and super clean and tidy inside. Just beware there’s no refund policy and they only do bio gel nails.

I honestly don't get my nails done often. However, after getting my nails done here I will be a returning customer. When you walk in the atmosphere is so welcoming and clean. Everyone is so attentive and nice. I got a manicure and the nail artist painted my nails exactly like the inspo picture I brought. (She did even better since she added glitter!) Overall a very satisfying and happy experience especially since they also offer drinks and give the utmost care for every client. I will be returning whenever I need my nails done. :)

Upon first walking in, it felt like there were quite a few new staff who were watching me and not sure of what to do. The individual who helped me with my pedicure was polite. She appeared to be new and kept asking if what she was doing was ok. I appreciate checking in however I prefer a knowledgeable pedicures so I can relax and enjoy the service. At the end of my pedicure another staff member came over to check her work on the polish and gave her a thumbs up. The polish job was ok but what I didn't realize until I got home, was how horrible my heels were. They were barely scrubbed and looked rough! I'm going to have to go for another pedicure to actually get the job done. What a waste of money and time! If you're like me and really need the skin on your heels pumiced and softened, this is not the place for you. I will not be returning. Maybe spend less time on the drink area and more on proper esthetics training to support employee knowledge of services

My boyfriend and I were kindly greeted by the friendly staff at Royal Nail Bar where we had the option of choosing a pedicure service that best suited our needs! We opted for the Luxe pedicure which included a gel foot-bath inclusion, calf-massage, and paraffin wax treatment at a great price. You also have the option of choosing a drink from their menu to have during your appointment.The overall experience was pleasant and relaxing, the staff is gentle and well-trained. The equipment is clean and the location is well-maintained and managed. Would highly recommend!

Really great experience today with my pedicure. Excellent covid protocols too! Had the royal jelly pedi and it was so relaxing. Very careful and thorough! I took my own polish and they didn't bat an eye! Great customer service. Thank you!

Wow! Royal Nail Bar has to be one of the most amazing places to go get your nails done! Everyone in their is so friendly and professional alike. They never fail to make your nails look like the photo you send. If you want to never be disappointed go here!

I had one of the most amazing experiences here at royal nails, they have you pick out scents for the pedicures and so much more! The girls were super helpful and so understanding as I did end up having a seizure while there. (They come randomly) and they were so helpful and made me feel so much better about it. My nails are too cute and I love the atmosphere, I recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for a girls day or just a nice day out. :)

Awesome place! My 4yr old and I got pedis for mother's day and they were soooo good with her. We both were royally pampered!
