Customer beware: I called in for a service call and told them specifically to call me when they were onsite. The technician didn’t contact me when he came and went to the wrong store and repaired the wrong machine. I called twice regarding this matter but haven’t heard back from anyone. The service manager tells me to pay for the invoice on a machine we did not request. I am extremely disappointed in this company without any resolutions when we didn't do anything wrong as a customer. Now they're changing the story saying that wrong machine needed" service anyways."
