Not worth the price it's expensive it use to be so much better

The truck wasn't clean and they charged us extra after we returned the truck. There's no clear communication and the employees are difficult to talk to.

The person was very friendly, drop off was easy even though it was after hours.The only thing was since it's inside a Gmart the pickup can take a little while if the store is busy.

idiots working there.Went to pickup a truck and the guy asked me to book online, he didn’t do booking him self and online site wasn’t showing this location.

Very bad customer service. I booked a uhaul and when i went for pickup they said that there is no reseveration. Although i was reservation confirmation. I would never suggest this place for anybody. WASTAGE OF TIME!

I had a good experience for my first ever order at UHaul. I booked a 10' truck online and set this pickup location. I reached there at the desired time and the truck was ready for pickup. The formalities were crisp and short. The truck was clean and the condition was good. I opted for the Drivesafe insurance as this was the first time i was driving a truck. The drop off was also short and crisp. All in all a wonderful experience.

Waste of time. Do not schedule remote pick up at this location. Uhaul confirmed remote pick up at 8am but when we got there and tried to do remote pick up got message saying rental is hand delivery and to come back at 10am. No respect for other peoples time. They could have sent a message a day before. We had to make two trips and got the rental two hours late. Why offer remote pick up if its not available.

I recently booked a truck through the u-haul outlet in 10 dewside dr brampton. With the poor customer service experience I had with the dealership, I wanted to share my displeasure with you.While booking the truck initially, I specifically asked the representative to exclude the insurance for the booking and I then used the truck which I was allotted. However, while making a final payment, I was charged insurance for the whole day. When I tried explaining that I didn’t include this insurance, I was given a reply that you opted for it and will have to make full payment for insurance.Please note that the matter does not restrict only to the excessive amount being charged but this is now a matter of brand and value that u-haul is known for.I would hereby request to look into the issue and urge that the dealership should be asked to be fair and give due consideration to my application.

I have called many times. They didn’t respond. Should they have to change the number or call back to coustmers.

I wish i could give less than 1. My booking was confirmed 15 dats ago and even after that i have waited for over 5 hours to get get a truck. But ended upGetting nothing.. can’t understand why do they confirm and trouble their customers.. worst service ever received.. waste my time and efforts ..
