Top notch service. They kept their word with my wake up call request and the driver was on time to theibute and was so cordial and professional.On top of everything. He was an excellent driver I'm not so good weather road Condit. Attiq was an amazing representative for this company. I over tipped and with good reason.Peace.

Woke me up by calling just before midnight for my 530am pick up to tell me they would not be providing the booster seats I requested a month in advance. The driver told me he had booster seats he was never told I requested them. Upon my return the airport said they did not have the reservation. When the service was called from the airport they said they would contact my driver and will call. Called back to say the driver was having car trouble and they did not have a driver available. I do not believe there ever was a driver. Not impressed when arriving very late at night with small children. Would not recommend this company. The driver that did take me to the airport was a very kind man. Caution against booking with this company. There is a company with a similar name. This one is unprofessional and a disgrace of a company.

I had experience with this Aero line Limousine. I have dealt with this company on many occasions. Reasonable price, pick up and drop off on time. The driver there is excellent. The car is new and very clean. The company has an excellent call center. They are always very friendly with customers.Highly recommended to all. Hope to use this service again.

Awful. The driver was dangerous and incompetent, the car was old, dirty and in a poor state. The brakes made a dreadful noise. The driver demanded more money than the agreed price. Really terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We recently booked with aeroline limo and was completely shocked and disappointed with this company. AVOID booking to save yourself the stress.We originally got a quote from this company nearly one month before travel, we booked with them and received a confirmation email for our round trip to and from the Airport.Fast forward to the night before our 6am pick up, we received a phone call from the company to confirm the ride at 8pm. One hour after this call, we received another phone call from them stating that, despite us providing the company with the full Address of pick up, they were going to need to charge us an additional $120 for the round trip, a 48‰ increase! This company was completely unreasonable, calling to make changes to our agreed upon price only 9 hours before our pick up because they didn't do their job correctly to provide an accurate quote. The caller shared that they provided the quote based on the first 3 digits of the postal code, and again not based on the full address that we provided at the initiation of the quote request. They refused to send the driver unless we agreed to pay the additional charge. While providing us with the shocking news that they will be charging us more money for their mistake, they provided ludicrous suggestions for us to call around to book another ride (on a holiday and 9 hours before our required pick up time ).Needless to say we are completely shocked and disappointed at this company. We feel that we were tricked into booking with them and with this surprise increase the night before we want to save others from this scam of a company. DO NOT USE THEM.

I have used Aero Line Limo service twice now and was pleasantly surprised with the service from start to finish. They were prompt with their communications to reserve the car, notifications in advance and at the time of pick-up with clear instructions from both the company and the driver. The cars were very clean and both drivers were kind and respectful and I felt safe. Albeit it only 2 experiences, the trend is positive.

I have been traveling globally for some time and communicated a complaint to this company regarding my transfer in December 2022 regarding their driver driving too fast, aggressive at point of drop off at the airport in Toronto and was informed last year management taking my complaint seriously and now in mid February despite my efforts to ask for updates on my complaint no one at the office replied to my queries = my advice, be careful booking transportation with this company
