I found Lafontaine storage to be everything that they claim it is. It is easily accessible - I never had an issue getting into the facility. It is organized - and very secure. My property was super respected, and never interfered with. The staff (Laura) was great and super professional. We recently used Lafontaine storage. The snow was always cleared well. We could always get in when we needed. If we had any concerns they responded immediately. For example one of our doors was a little stiff and they had it fixed before our next visit. I would recommend them.

Super clean and organized secure self-storage units in Lafontaine, Ontario with easy 24 hr access. I live down at the beach and never seem to have enough room for the toys. I store the snowmobile, skis, lights, etc in summer and the motorcycle, kayaks and canoes, etc in the winter. Very friendly and always available management.

Great facility. My storage unit was clean when I arrived. I can get in anytime I need to. Snow is always plowed, and when my door iced up due to thaw and re-freeze, they got it cleared right away. I am very happy with the facility and the service.

Great storage facility. They provided me with great sheltered storage as my trailer was to big for indoor storage. Accessing the unit was so easy and they allow you to access it 24/7 if needed. They have great selection of units available from indoor, outdoor and sheltered units. The facility is secured by fence and entrance is achieved by security code. Overall a great place for all your storage needs.

Though the person in charge was quick to reply when there was an issue, both my roommate and I had recurring problems with our units. There was constantly snow and ice in the unit. Not only were our items covered in snow but we on more than one occasion could not lock our units because there was so much ice every time we went we couldn’t get the door closed properly. Even after being told it was being fixed it happened again multiple times after returning.Unfortunately comping rent really doesn’t aid in the issue of not being able to secure your personal possessions and having consistent issues every single time you attend the unit for months on end.
