I would say excellent service. Very Nice jewelry store. Marc is very friendly and enthusiastic. Service is good and fast: My battery got changed in 2 minutes with a very reasonable and good price. Would definitely come again.

Marc is amazing, we buy most of our jewellery from him and we just love the customer care and, today we went to see him after a few months and I loved the fact that he still remembered us, he always treats us with respect and always delivers on time, highly recommend him for any type of jewellery, he provides great advice too

I brought my silver chain there to be soldered as it had broken. They did an excellent job repairing it & did not charge too much. They even cleaned the chain for me. Very friendly as well!

Excellent on-site repair of a 35 year-old (priceless-to-me) gold necklace.I only went there (rather than a bigger chain-store) after reading reviews here and was extremely happy with the service.He even found and repaired another weak link in the necklace, which I hadn't noticed previously.In and out in under 20 minutes, even with the explanations and options he gave me prior to the repair.Perfectly bilingual.Sounded like he was always smiling behind his mask.Note: they are located on the 2nd floor. I don't know if there is an elevator in the building.Thanks everyone for leaving your previous reviews, they got me to a great jeweler!
