A 1 rating is to high for this bank.I have never in over 25 years that I've dealt with the Scotia Bank have met the most ignorant branch manager ever that informed me that if I didn't like this she would close out my account once it's all settled. Can you imagine a bank manager telling their customer that she doesn't want their business. Well Miss Dana mann branch manager you need to learn customer service because without us customers you wouldn't have a job, that was absolutely appalling that she said that to me. I really recommend nobody opening an account at this branch 67th and Gates I will be contacting the president's office.

This bank has been mine for the past 2 years. No issues at all, very nice staff! Came in to take out money and they ended up helping me not get over charged on my account. Also the tellers always remember me, making customer service amazing.

I did a check to myself from an other bank. The manager said 30 days frozen... ALL MY COUNT (!).. Anf forgot to tell me it was finally 45 days because its was opening days".."

Staff was exceptionally rude. I ended up pulling all my accounts because of the one teller, she was an absolute nightmare to deal with and spoke down to me. I don’t recommend ever visiting this location.

absolutely the most useless staff i have ever dealt with. no one knows how to do anything without it taking 10x longer than any other bank I have been to. And this was after 3 different times. poorly trained staff. these are not professionals. bottom of the barrel workers who belong sweeping floors

Poor customer service all the way. I will be moving my money else where. Doors are looked at night time so you cant even do any banking after 930. Very short hours does anyone work full time. Rude staff that are NOT knowledgeable about financial issues at all. Best to go elsewhere.

There was no cash access at the ATM machines on the Canada Day Long weekend for my Tangerine bank card. I tried all three bank machines. (I accessed cash at another Scotiabank location so it was not a Scotiabank issue but this specific branch). The parking lot access is very poor and needs some serious upgrades. Amazes me how a major Canadian banking institution feels this is an acceptable level of representation for their company profile.

I went there today to cash a cheque from my new employer and the one teller who was helping me was nice but the other lady was extremely rude and didn't want to help me increase my cash back limit and told me 3-6 months of the same cheque before the holds would be taken off then offered me to talk to a financial advisor, also telling me that me it's not garunteed they will increase my cash back limit. I will never go to the branch again. Good thing Timberlands helped me or I'd be pulling my accounts from Scotiabank.

I gave the branch a review. Instead of caring about my feelings. She the manager called and ripped me apart.. I had to hang up as I felt enormous stress. I know why there is 2.3 rating now.
