The Tailored Closet of Vernon
The entire team was very helpful, responsive and flexible from the initial meeting through design and installation. The software that was used made it easy to visualize the finished product and the installers were careful and diligent. There was an issue with the depth of one of the cabinets but I worked with the installers to come up with a clean and fairly simple solution. The finished product is super functional and looks great.

Tailored Living fully met our expectations. From the outset, James was eager to understand and respond to the needs we described. After speaking with us and viewing our home, he quickly prepared drawings to show us the plans he had formulated. When we requested changes, alterations were quickly incorporated. Pricing was also excellent. Tailored Living easily beat a local competitor who also put in a bid for our job. Finally, the product itself more than met our expectations. Materials are very robust and installation has been perfect. Thanks so much for helping us achieve our goals for this project!

Tailored Living, designed and installed our main bedroom closets. From start to finish their service was exemplary! James really listened to what are needs were and it was so helpful to see the design come to life in 3D, on his laptop. Installation service was also quick and tidy! When we discovered a small issue, I received a call back within an hour; James was at our house that day to facilitate and fix the problem. Thank you so much; we love our new closets!

This was our first experience having custom closets designed and installed, and we are SO happy with the results! James took the time to understand what we wanted and came up with beautiful yet functional designs for 4 different closets. The 3D renderings allowed us to clearly visualize how everything would look, and the finished product looks perfect. The installers were professional, tidy, and arrived when they said they would. I have recently recommended this company to friends who are renovating.
