I have been going to Water and Ice since I moved here in 2011. They are amazing!!!! The owner and the lady with short blondish hair are super kind and sweet!!!!! I have only run into a couple ppl behind the til that weren’t as kind, but they hardly work, so it doesn’t bother me. They always remember who I am and treat me with respect and help me with my 5 bottles when I need it!I think its neat that they sell other things as well.

My Favourite store in Leduc!! Not only do they have Water but they now sell Gluten free goodies which is amazing for us Celiacs! The Staff are truly the most friendly people you could meet! Thank you so much for all you guys do!!

As someone with celiac disease who lives in south Edmonton, this place is a GEM for gluten free products. My first visit today far exceeded my expectations for products and the customer service from the two ladies working was exceptional. Thank you!

This is one of my favourite places to shop in Leduc. Not only do they have great prices on water and ice they have wonderful staff that are so helpful and kind.My children love visiting the store to see their favourite person ( Wendy). Sometimes they even get suckers just for coming along with me.They have amazing Ukrainian food and Dutch candies, water coolers, tank cleaners, local honey, candy and so much more!Please check them out. I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

I love ❤ this place. Very friendly and my kids get always candies. Have been going here I think at least 4yrs or more. Very good water and very clean store. Lots of Dutch candies and perogies meats, honey, purifiers water coolers and ice and many more items check it out. Even after hours you can fill up 24/7. The best in town.

I can’t say enough about this place! Love how they support other locals I would highly recommend checking them out Honestly reminds me of when I was growing up going to mom and pop stores always a warm loving place super friendly and intelligent stuff Wendy and Kelsey are two of the most down to earth people I’ve ever met Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure i was truly satisfied when I bought my water dispenser totally worth checking out you’ll always leave with a smile

The lovely Wendy and Charlotte were so helpful today. They helped me understand the new system that Water & Ice is now doing. They are the kindest people and they definitely belong in customer service. I also had water delivered yesterday, the young man (Ozzie I believe) even helped me bring it in the house and on the stand. Thank you all so much. I totally recommend this place 100%.
