I have dealt with Jordan Catton on and off for 2+ years now and he is always ready willing and able to help the project succeed. Between phone calls and emails back and forth he is always stepping up to the plate to get the answer or product and make sure that everything is working to proper specifications. Even in cases where there has been an error, Jordan has a great attitude in looking for the resolve to a situation vs deflecting. I would recommend the Penner team for any door & hardware needs.

I have never had the need or opportunity to use this company. However we had a fraudulent transaction put through one of our company credit cards for a transaction with this company. Josh worked with us with full transparency and honesty to help us get this issue resolved which leaves them out of pocket.If I ever have a need for doors and windows, I will look to this company for their honesty and integrity.
