Everything went well. The containers were delivered and picked up as promised and were carefully treated. We had no breakages.We were very pleased with the prompt rebate for the unused portion of the last months rental.We'd certainly recommend your service.

Was shocked at what i was going to pay to mve the box 6 min up the road. Was offered a half price discount as soon as i said no way to much...why not offer a deal to begin with.

So much easier and convenient that moving with a truck...We had stored our stuff with BSB initally only for 2 months. But ended up living in a 2 bedroom place for 8 months. BSB was a life saver during that time.

Worst storage company ever. Can never get into storage if needed. Aren’t open weekends unless you call by Thursday, so no short notice at all. Plus they never answer the phones and staff is cranky. Would never use this company EVER again!

The best customer service from both the staff at Big Steel Box and the delivery companies they used. We had a large move and used 3 containers all with different time lines. The customer service through the whole experience was excellent. I highly recommend Big Steel Box, you won’t be disappointed.
