I bought a groupon for a cut and highlights. This was the second one I had bought. The first one I got I found one side of my hair was longer than the other so I had to trim it myself, but once I did that I liked the cut. The highlights were a bit strange b/c she didnt place them on the roots so right in the front they looked grown out even though I just got them done. This last time proved that I got lucky the 1st time and I'll never go back. I asked for long layers and I got a very weird feathery short cut. She also left me in the heat too long while she finished someone elses hair and mine is waay to overdone. I'm going to have to get it fixed. Save your money its not worth the groupon. It'll only cost you more later.

My mother and I went in for some spa services and had a great experience. The owner and her daughter were very welcoming and provided great service.

I've been here twice to get my nails done and both times, they chipped and peeled within 3 days. The first time they fixed without incident and the manager did a good job, they held up well.The second time the receptionist was so rude and I had to ask for the manager to give me a call back. They booked me in to have my nails touched up. After the touch up, my nails all peeled and chipped way worse. I called to have my nails fixed... again, and the receptionist was rude... again. I was put on hold for 9 minutes. They weren't going to fix my nails had to talk to the manager... again.I finally got booked in but then had something else come up and called to cancel. Got put on hold for another 6 minutes. Hung up and won't be back.Poor quality, poor service.

Beyond disappointing!!! This establishment has gone completely downhill. The quality of the services provided are terrible and the staff is unprofessional. Made a group booking for pedicures months in advance over the phone. Our group called to confirm the appointment the day before. We were told that what was initially booked wasn’t possible. In hindsight, we should have just cancelled right then and there. We worked with them to reschedule. When we showed up, the room wasn’t ready for our party of 8 and they didn’t have all the staff members present to provide the services. The quality of services was rushed and very poor. They charged us a different rate then what we were quoted on the phone at the time of booking. We reached out to the business after to express concerns about our experience. They were delayed in responding to both phone calls and emails. The owner of the establishment had nothing but excuses for the lack of quality of the services provided and for the overcharge. She was unprofessional, never once apologized and refused to refund the difference of the overcharge to the original form of payment.I would not recommend this establishment under any circumstance.

Got recommended a hairstyle when I wasn't sure what I wanted - absolutely LOVED it, and so many compliments!!Laser hair removal has gone fantastic and I've gotten amazing results!! Highly recommend this place for any hair/body treatments!

DO NOT go here for any PMU services. I went to Carolyn to get my eyebrows done about 6 years ago, and she completely botched it. She claimed that she could make it look super natural and real with micro hair strokes, but it ended up looking like she took a sharpie or a ballpoint pen and drew it on. The procedure was extremely painful - I'm not sure if it was because she pressed way too hard or if she used expired numbing cream, but I felt every stroke that she dug into my skin. A month later the colour didn't fade AT ALL and she tried to 'fix it' by lightening it, but it just ended up scarring my skin. When the colour finally did start to lighten up a bit, it turned blue.I recently had my brows done and the scars covered up by another properly trained PMU artist, which provoked me to write this review 6 years later. The whole process was night and day compared to what happened with Carolyn! I've never written a Google review in my life, but my experience at Changes Salon and Spa was a nightmare, and I don't want anybody else to go through the same thing I did. Please do your research and find somebody that is properly trained, uses appropriate products, understands colour and shape, and takes the time to understand what suits your face and your needs.

Definitely recommend this salon/spa. My mom had gotten her lashes done by someone providing salon services out of her home, that also had claimed to work here(when she didn't). Needless to say, her lashes were horrible, and left my mom in a lot of pain. The lady wouldn't remove them, so my mom went here to seek help. Being under the impression the lady was an employee. We found out she was not working here, but the salon was lovely enough to still help my mom regardless and took the lashes off her with no charge. Thank you for this!

I very much enjoyed my pedicure and manicure. Very nice friendly atmosphere!!Carolyn was super nice,friendly and had such a great conversation. Absolutely love love my toes & finger nails.

I will highly recommend Changes Salon. I just recently had lash extensions by someone OUTSIDE of Changes Salon. The staff and manager/Owen helped me with the removal of my lash extnsion. They were so very kind and did everything possible to accommodate me, as I was in extreme discomfort and pain. They went above and beyond to help me. I will be definitely going back to this lovely salon and become a future customer! You and your staff are wonderful and awsome.Thank you so very much to Changes Salon!
