Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Can not express enough how grateful I am to the team here! My car broke down and it was very stressful. Both Anish and Donald gave exceptional customer service, they were able to address what I needed for a car and got me set up right away. This is a very busy place but they are very organized and get you going very quickly. My rental was beautiful, it was clean and drove like a dream. Every vehicle was clean and nice, I wouldn’t see an issue with any of them. All the staff were friendly and professional from the check in office staff to the guys on the lot. The lady that did the walk around was friendly and professional but I didn’t catch her name. A very special thanks to Anish you went above and beyond, most appreciated.

When we travel, we usually rent cars from airport rent-a-car locations. This time, we couldn't get a van from Abbotsford airport and hence we ended up renting the vehicle from here.The vehicle was not cleaned properly. Food and chocolate traces were on the seats. I had to clean it before using as there was no options for us. :(The number plate was hanging in one screw. Reported this to the manager there. But she said, its okay and if anything happens. go to nearest Enterprise location and they will fix it.The gas tank was not fully filled.All together, this is the worst experience we had from an enterprise rent-a-car location.

Best service ever. Clear communication works well with ICBC. Fast easy way to rent a car. In/out was a breeze. Donald who I dealt with kept us in the loop while processing paper work.

Our car engine seized and had to be replaced but we had no idea how long it would take. Enterprise was so easy and professional to deal with. A rental car was organized and ready to go in a day and we could keep the car indefinitely until our one was repaired. Pick and drop off were handled by incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I will most certainly recommend them.

Oh these guys were awesome! My body shop was to arrange the rental and then failed to do so. Enterprise had to pick me up on the fly so I could get to work. Once learning my coverage through the body shop was for far less than expected we regrouped and upgraded. Pricing was fair, service was exceptional and the guys made the best of it with smiles and humour. It’s a new shop, under construction but who cares. Your there for a vehicle. All is well, I’d change nothing with this experience.

Great price, a comfortable car, my reserved vehicle was ready and waiting, polite service. We were offered a different vehicle with lower mileage than my reserved car, so I took it. Things seemed good.Tank was only at 3/8, an inconvenience as we had a long time-sensitive trip ahead. After 5 minutes I realized the car was filthy. Interior glass was riddled with fingerprints, sneeze, mystery smears, etcetera. Pink stuff stuck to all the carpets, huge visible sticker residue on roof, needed to stop and clean the exterior glass immediately. Returned promptly to exchange for the reserved vehicle and was told it had already been rented. They offered to re-clean it but I was already running late by that point. Offered me a just-returned older car saying it was clean, but it was also dirty. I asked for an appropriate discount to be applied and the request was acknowledged but not followed up upon.Lost at least $20 accidentally overfilling the tank prior to return. Have you ever tried to fill a tank accurately to 3/8?Oh and if you give them your phone number, your phone WILL start ringing shortly after your rental period. I never grant permission for this, so if I did it was buried in fine print. Not cool.I took the time to write some of these concerns to Enterprise corporate using the website and after a couple of weeks there has been no response whatsoever. Now that I've posted this publicly, will they magically start caring and ask me to write in with more details?

I have rented from the south fraser location twice now. My first time amazing experience that's why I went to enterprise again 2 more times. This 3rd time (second time at south fraser location) picking up the car was amazing service the guy was great! But the fact that they called me and told me AFTER I DROPPED IT OFF A DAY EARLY that there's a 50$ fee for dropping it off at the airport location. The fact they don't tell you when you pickup the car that if you want to drop it off at a different location there could be a fee is kind of frustrating. When I talked to the guy ge said that they only tell some people that they think might return the car after-hours depending on their drop off time. Because mine was 9am (not 10 which he said) they didn't think they needed to tell me. Anything like that should be told to any renter ahead of time don't you think. We'll there goes my 50$ and I will not be using Enterprise in the future any longer, I will be using another company. Service from guys is great, your not telling me about fees ahead of time until after I dropped the car off EARLY sucks.

Place is useless tells you they have a car you can reserve then when you arrive has nothing of the sorts and wants to hand off a car that doesn’t fit the needs of my reservation so thanks for wasting an hour of my life. You won’t ever get my business again

Had a very good experience renting with Enterprise Abbotsford. Quick and convenient transaction and great service. Car was well suited and efficient. Will be using these guys again.

They are a scam, don’t waste your time. They take reservations but don’t have cars. You only find out after you pay for a taxi to get there. This feels very intentional. Once you get there they lie to you and act innocent.
