pleasant, but not as knowledgeable as needed. Extended timelines, slow process. Made changes to design while communicating with city for permits, but didn't communicate those changes with me.They subcontracted a engineering firm on their recommendation for HVAC, and there were mistakes in the planning. The firm was quick in their turnaround. The HVAC design wasn't efficient and didn't consider the client needs. The HVAC equipment drawn was top of the line, difficult to acquire and over extended.
