Likely best dry cleaner I’ve ever had!

Came up for the great state of Texas. Needed some pants hemmed. Riley gave great service. Great price. And was even ready early. 5 stars

They advertised that they cleaned UGGs. I had two pairs cleaned and was charged $53.97 on June 16th and then again on August 27th. When I went to try my boots on, I realized one pair had tethered insoles that no longer fit and the other pair had no insoles at all. The boots were unwearable. I emailed the dry cleaners at the end of August and was asked to send pictures which I did and I have had no response since. They have ruined my UGGs which were under two years old. One pair I wore solely indoors. I have had to replace both pair of UGGs as well as paying for cleaning that ruined my boots. I would not use this dry cleaner again .

Gave my multimedia fall jacket which was not only expensive but also one of a kind, for dry cleaning by them, and it came back in shreds. Colar destroyer- shredded pieces hanging of it. They had an audacity to even charge me for it. The guy in the store said his manager who is in cochrane “will have to look into it”. Initially promising compensation as this particular style is no longer made and thinking it can’t be repaired, then couple of weeks later they switched to saying they will repair it... let’s just say it’s been In The repair for more then 2 months and it won’t come even close to looking how it used (as they don’t have the appropriate materials to fix it actually). No sense of urgency to make it right, apology or any kid of remorse- and everything needs to be checked “with manager” , yet the said manager never showed interest to contact me as a customer even once. Still waiting for my jacket! I do not recommend this place for any valuable items at all. Very disappointing experience.
