Exemplary last minute service from Sylvia the CSR to the mechanic to Henry the valet who was very pleasant and went above and beyond to help me retrieve something from my car prior to my car being fully operational. Thank you Lexus On The Park.

Purchased nx350 last month, Water went into the 3m tape after wash during 1600km inspection. And they didn't said anything and deliver the car.06-03-2022: I made an appointment with the service but the 3M tape installer have not shown up at the last minute was disappointing. Waste of time, they could have update me before. Please don't waste ur money on these kind of stuffs.Till buying a car they after you, once u bought it, u have to after them. lol.

On Monday of this week I went in to show them the stress fracture on my windshield which I noticed.The service specialist was kind and courteous and said that he would check if it was as I claimed.After checking and confirming with his manager, it was determined that it was a manufacturing defect and that they would replace the windshield as it was covered under the warranty.Waiting for them to get back to me.From my previous interaction with Lexus on the park, I am sure that they will do a good job as they always come across as wanting to keep their clients happy.

Services has gone way more worse and just money extracting thing now. Out of $2600 service $1528 was just the labour charge. They have increased the Labour charges 3 times of original in just 3 months for simple regular maintenance which doesn’t even require anything more than a regular technician. They have reduced sale now due to higher interest rates so this is how they are making money now. Don’t make a fool of you, chose the local mechanic and business. I have always done my services at this location only for my car (2019 ES) and this was way too much over priced. My service labour cost for Nov 2022 was $800 for whole day work which required them to arrange hybrid technician, and today they could not justify this whooping labour charges of over $1500 which required regular maintenance for 3 hour job without washing and vacuuming. This is my last visit ever to the Lexus on the park and if you want to get robbed then go ahead. Total Scam….

Be careful, do not allow them to dominate you, they will continue to force you to use a service that you do not need! Just stay firm and don’t let them change your mind by providing the most unreasonable explanation that your vehicle might need different type of service

Were supposed to do an oil change as part of the deal we made when purchasing a used lexus. They never did. When I asked it was a back and fourth for them to get it in. They said they didn't have time. They eventually agreed and did and when I checked the oil level at home later it was way overfilled. I won't be returning to this location.
