I've been going here for a handful of years now, always been a great clinic, and was at cheaper costs to others. They did raise the fees after a move, but I couldn't care to shop around now. A hidden gem and very much worth it, they're not just there to earn a paycheck.Late last year I was scheduled with Runya after a minor miscommunication in wanting to book with a specific RMT. She melted away any need for a complaint or issue.I had not frequented again until last weekend, not from lack of desire or negative reason. My upper back, shoulders, and neck were all locked up and in pain. Scheduled with Runya for 90min deep tissue. She got me to about 70% recovery from just that! It was so great, I immediately scheduled the same again this weekend before leaving. I am feeling great, 100%. Melted away all my issues.Runya is ABSOLUTELY amazing at what she does! I'll be sad if she leaves this clinic without telling me!

Had the best massage ever of my life. Was apprehensive to try a new place. Booked a 90 minute massage and Bee was simply amazing. My wife had the same experience with her Masseur Runya.

Booked for 1:50PM, showed up early , and not a word was said to me for 20 minutes - so super not impressed. I understand that I’m not going straight into the massage room upon arrival, but this was a complete disregard for my time. Will not be back. Go somewhere where they take your time seriously.

I freaking love this place I have 2 Allstars here, 2 amazing techs for 2 separate reasons.Jessie - she is hands down amazing at the deep tissue she works on all the knots and you simply feel amazing. She is direct and to the point and I highly appreciate all of her efforts! You leave her table feeling like a million bucks!Kay - she is so Knowledgeable of the body, she always recommends stretches that you should do after wards and that you should maintain them and the reasons why!! Her deep tissue is top notch and whenever she is done I always cry noooooooooo! Because it’s just such a great experience you never want it to end!Once experiencing these two ladies I’ve been loyal!! I highly recommend this place and although I’m selfish and don’t want to share Jessie and Kay deserve HUGE acknowledgment for doing an outstanding job!

I went to get a relaxation massage on family day with a friend. I love the massage on the head. I forgot my massage therapist's name but she was awesome. She is very friendly and made sure I was always comfortable. I also love how she gave feedback on which parts of my body are a bit tense so I can focus on them. I wish I got her name but would definitely be back again!

I love this awesome place, everyone was so nice and the therapist is very professional and patient with focusing on my pain area. Highly recommended!

Amanda is an absolutely wonderful massage therapist! She's very responsive to requests and also addresses what she feels are problem areas perfectly :) I wish I could see her every day of the week, I leave feeling so good! I can't recommend her enough!

Kae, registered Massage Therapist is absolutely amazing. Never feel so relaxed. Back and legs feel so much better. Really excellent massage as always.She helped to recover for 2 small injuries in my legs and she is always willing to provide tips for lower and upper back stretch as I’m working from office 100%

Thank you for a great massage Nikki . I really appreciate your flexibility and understanding when it came to addressing my specific needs. You also are very thorough in your massages too. Most of the therapists I have had are not that thorough even if I book 2 hrs massage. I'd recommend everyone to try her out. You won't be disappointed. Deep tissue was my go-to massage before getting a Thai oil massage from Nikki. This won't be my last time getting a message from her for sure. Keep up the great work Nikki. The environment and staff at Active healing are very welcoming and client-centred too.

I was visiting Edmonton and was experiencing super sore neck and shoulders. Due to previous injuries- I’m fairly set with keeping to my usual team - but due to pain was desperate. Picked this clinic from the reviews. Jenny was my therapist and gave me one the top massages I have ever experienced. I will definitely be back.
