Flexible and accommodating. Able to book me in with little notice and was accommodating on location. You can go to him or he is able to come to you, wherever that may be. The instructor has 10+ years of paramedic experience and was able to answer questions knowledgeably. Had time to run through realistic mock scenarios to hone in on skills. Quick, easy, and accommodating. Will be going back and recommend to everyone!

Great company that went the extra mile and helped me get a last minute CPR recertification that I needed for work. Very knowledgeable staff and my instructor was a paramedic who knew his stuff and had some real life experience to make the class much more interesting. Will be going back for sure!
