Argus Audiology

Having played in a pipe band for the last number of years as a drummer, and realizing the need for ear protection, I made the decision to obtain some musicians ear protection. I am a new user of these earplugs, and have found them to be of benefit while playing with the band. Pipes and drums can be very loud at our practices, but the plugs allow me to hear my fellow bandsmen, and still be able to play to the sounds we need to hear for the unison in the drum corps and with the full band. Thank you Argus Audiology for your suggestion to obtain and wear these protective devices. My career as a drummer can now continue , I hope for many years of listening and playing pleasure. I would strongly recommend these, and I am seeing more and more fellow players wearing ear protection – truly good “sound” advice!

After doing all the necessary research to make an informed decision when it came to hearing aids, Argus was one of the only clinics where the receptionist was knowledgeable about the practice and was able to answer all my questions. They also do not deny service to those who did not purchase directly from them, a scummy practice of other clinics. My grandmother seems quite content, thank you.

Excellent service. We have never actually been into the office but they have been great at providing service and repairs by mail for a nursing home resident's hearing aids, on several occasions. Staff are pleasant and they do their best to get things done and return the hearing aids as soon as possible, putting in a little extra effort when needed. Definitely recommended.

The staff including Darianna and Dr Eaton were awesome in dealing with me for my first experience getting hearing aids. They were all very attentive to my needs and anxieties as a first time wearer of hearing aids. I was also happy to not feel pushed into a purchase of product. When my son was playing with a band years ago, I trusted the Eaton-owned family business to look after my family with ear protection for him. Now as my wife and I age, we have chosen them again for our hearing concerns. We are pleased to give our highest recommendation and review to Argus Audiology. Parking was easy. Walking in to a spotless, clean environment did not go unnoticed. Reception was welcoming, friendly and organized. Testing procedures, results and possible solutions were explained and recommended in a professional, comprehensive manner. We were fitted with Oticon hearing aids by two different audiologists and we commented how their professionalism and caring attitude put us at ease with this new experience.
