Ferraro's Fingerprinting Agency is absolutely amazing!!! Nancy is one of the most nicest person you can meet and she provides you with a bunch of info that you had no need you needed to know!!! Very professional!! Not only that but she was a great pardon service if you are looking for pardon help!! 10/10 would recommend!! It was a pleasure meeting her!!

I had a lovely experience and it was very smooth. Stephanie was so patient and guided me really well. I have a dry skin condition that usually prevents my fingerprints from turning out well. Ehen I explained this to the Stephanie, she issued me a letter that I could send along with my fingerprints, explaining the poor quality. That was a really nice gesture and I appreciate it. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

I got my fingerprints done at this location today and the service was exceptional! Nancy was very kind and made sure the fingerprints were done correctly. She did not rush me, even though I had warm, sweaty hands and had to do some over again. She was patient and made sure all the information was correct.I had questions out of office hours, she was very kind; she responded and clarified some questions I had.Totally recommend this place!!

Excellent service provided by Nancy. I had come to do fingerprints in November. Prior to me coming in to do the prints, Nancy had provided a list of forms that needed to be completed. So that when I came for my appointment, everything would be done in one go. Her communication methods were effortless. Even booking the appointment online was easy and smooth. She's a complete professional and very sweet. I know it's a bit late but never late than never. Thanks again Nancy.

I had an amazing experience while doing my placement at Ferraro's Fingerprinting Agency. Nancy was an excellent supervisor during my time here. While working with Nancy she has demonstrated great communication with her co-op students including myself. She has shown patience, kindness and she is always willing to be thorough, and goes over any questions regarding the different applications she provides. I definitely recommend doing your co-op placement here.

I recently visited Ferraro's Fingerprinting Agency and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received.The lady who assisted me with taking my fingerprints for my citizenship application was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. I would give this service more than five stars if I could.Although the price was slightly higher than other agencies, but the level of service you receive is truly worth it, I highly recommend it for anyone in need of fingerprinting services.
