Water Babies Toronto

Would not recommend this company for swim lessons.The price is way too expensive for the quality (or lack thereof) of instruction. Different instructors each week, poor communication between instructors so they don’t seem to know what we have learned and what we haven’t. Just disorganized.They also have a terrible and misleading registration system. When you sign up you’re basically committing to classes indefinitely and you have to call them to cancel or they will automatically charge your credit card. They charge a $100 cancellation fee.The pool they outsource too was sub par. Staff show up late so the door is locked and we’re all late for class. Or they don’t turn the pool heater on so the water is too cold for the babies.Overall, save your money and try to get into one of the courses run by City of Toronto recreation dept.

Water Babies is fabulous! The instructor we had was patient, kind, bubbly and energetic all at the same time. Perfect for little ones who might be a little bit timid or shy. My little one loves swimming class and has become such a pro.

We have loved our time with Water Babies. We've especially loved our instructor who was always very patient, clear, and helpful. My daughter has loved every lesson and excitedly looks forward to each moment she spends in the pool using her tiger arms". My only dislike is the state of the facility. The change rooms could use updating (especially the toilet area)."

Great classes, my baby was only 3 months old when we started and she loved them!

They follow covid-19 saftey measures, they insure they are in place. I have no worries going there. As for training my baby started at six months old. She definitely progressed alot. Now she loves water and doesnt mind to go under. Looking forward for more lessons and more levels. I definitely recommend any parent to teach their kids swimming and to be comfortable in water and definitely with Water babies Toronto

Jaxson has enjoyed his first few lessons with appropriate swimming instruction. Not so crazy about facility and being expected to change him on the concrete ground. A little disappointed that complete merchandise ordered was not ready when we arrived.
