Product is great but the website is shoddy at best:1. Load times are slow and unresponsive2. Forget password section just links back to the homepage3. Trying to select items right now and nothing happens4. Customer support is nice but SLA is very slow compared to competitors

I don't normally write google reviews, but thought I should as I see there are a few negative reviews. Everywhere else you will see Open Farm's review as 5/5. I have had my puppy for four months and started off with OpenFarm and intend on staying with them. The food is great and I receive a response for any of my emails within 24 hours (if not sooner). Delivery has been great. I've experienced one delay and it was due to COVID.

We were using some different freeze-dried raw but were looking to switch as it was becoming increasingly harder to find. Came across this brand and our two pups love it. About to try their senior dog food for our other dog. Website was easy to navigate for ordering and initial order arrived promptly. Will be trying a few of their products.

I was excited to try open farm ancient grains kibble in my 20lbs dogs rotation but my girl didn't want to eat it & she's not picky. It has an unappealing amount of powder in it?, an enhancer of some kind? Her poop is more voluminous & smelly since on it, she even threw up. I didn't finish the bag, it went in the garbage. My dog handles transition well & isn't sensitive. I really like that it's ethically sourced & traceable but in the end it's just another high heat extruded food. At this higher price point there's better options out there! Their freeze dried food is unaffordable. My dog is on dehydrated/air dried/oven baked kibble. Open farm should do the same for their kibble also.

Food is amazing.!!! Such a difference from the regular cat food at pet stores. Nutrition dense and my cat loves it. Unfortunately, she has to switch to a urine diet. I had one unopened bag purchased six weeks ago. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am donating the bag to an animal shelter (taking a picture of the donation receipt and forwarding it to customer service ) and getting refunded.I am sad we won't be buying our food here anymore !!! The customer service person was friendly, professional and kind.

Open Farm Inc. also owns Canada Pooch. Same Voice and IT services. Same exact zero customer service.

For a Canadian retailer, it’s odd they only offer free shipping to USA and not to Canadian customers. Surely it cannot be more cost effective for them but to focus on their outside of Canada cliente?Their kibble gives my dog tummy issues but their treats, stew and goats milk are well loved.

Love Open Farm. I love the diversity. Kibble, freeze dried, broth, stew, treats, chicken, pork, lamb, beef and more. Delivery is fantastic and customer service is wonderful.

Best dog food! My dog has thrived on their dog food and treats. She no longer struggles with allergy issues. They offer free shipping and i received it 4 days after ordering! It is amazing. 10/10 recommend!

Terrible company! My vet told me to change my cat’s food (medical reasons) and I have three UNOPENED bags of dry food that I only purchased four weeks ago directly from Open Farm (Jan 2023 expiry) that I need to return. These charming people won’t take them back. Zero customer service.Buyer beware!
