I bought charger from this shop for 17$ and that charger last me 3 days.I went thinking I will get new one cause it’s just 3 days that I purchased that but the guy said I broke it and he really didn’t intract with me.I went from there without any thing and I left my broken charger to that guy.if I could I could give 0 star fake charger!!

Hands down the BEST place in Lethbridge to get a cell phone case. My husband and I were there last week and both got a otter box symmetry case with the front glass to protect the screen. The clerk was SO nice I lost his card and have been meaning to leave a review for days!! He was so awesome and funny and honest. He put the glass on for us, gave us a great price and sold quality product. He is way cheaper than the other kiosk by winners - highly recommend. Will only buy cases from here from now on - thank you for the excellent customer service! you gained 2 new customers for life!

I bought a screen protector for an iPad (7th generation). After returning the first due to a defect and exchanging for a second one, I found out that the second one also had issues. The holes for the front facing camera and the home button do not line up, despite several attempts to reposition. The holes were cut at improper locations, enough so that either a part of the camera or a part of the home button was obscured. After several attempts to reposition, the backing of the protector was marred with debris, rendering it unusable. I decided to throw the item out and cut my losses since the seller does not allow refunds. Why 1 star?First interaction was negative; worker was having a conversation with a bystander and I was inconveniencing him by trying to buy from him.The items this booth/store sells are not made to specification for their intended use. Spend an extra $10 and buy from iWorld for a guaranteed quality. The product itself had grammatical errors on its packaging, which should have been a major red flag in hindsight.I will never buy from any pop-up/booth storefront ever again and I recommend all buyers be aware of the issues of doing so.

I have purchased 2 covers for my iPad and phone . Lots of variety to pick from . The one with the magnets are awesome my phone doesn’t slip at all and it has room for my cards . And most of all service was AWESOME Ibrahim was super helpful . I will be back again and will send my friends to get there covers from you . Thanks Carol Converse

I am a customer since 2019 and I buy all my cases and screen protectors from Artist phone. But the last time I went there hussein treated me very bad and I am not happy at all. I had small crack in my screen protector and I asked him to change that for me. First he took to long to put it. Secondly, he did bubbles and not straight, I asked him if he can fix that and he yelled on me took the screen protector from the phone and threw it in the garbage. He kicked me out and without my old screen protector or new screen protector. RUDE and zero customer service. I am not sure how many customers going through this!! And I will never recommend this Artist phone from now on.
