Furnace went out, generally I can trouble shoot it but this type I need expert help. I made the call and Garret was super helpful and came to get me back heating my house!Saved me big bucks because I was ready to replace unnecessary parts.100% refer him to anyone!

I used Remedy Mechanical 2 years ago when my furnace malfunctioned during very cold weather. They were here quickly and diagnosed the problem. They left and retrieved the part and had it up and running within hours. Two years later I called them again to replace my furnace and again I was very pleased with the service. Our furnace died last week, with kids and pets it was a very uncomfortable time. After several attempts and way to many phone calls to find someone to come replace it I finally came across Remedy Mechanical Services on Kijiji and I am so happy I did. The fast responses, the kindness and service we received was beyond exceptional. Upon many other companies we spoke to we really just felt the most comfortable here. The before and after pictures speak for themself but the customer service was on another level. Garrett was very easy to talk to, he was very friendly and polite. Garrett and Remedy Mechanical are fantastic. Their responsiveness and professionalism are top notch, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone needing maintenance or repairs.Our furnace started squealing like a banshee and blowing cold air on a frigid Friday afternoon (two days before Christmas and during a week long stretch of sub -30C temperatures).Garrett was able to quickly assess the problem over the phone, price out the repairs, and was in our basement replacing a worn-out motor within 2 hours.Highly recommend!

Garret installed our air conditioner about 3 summers ago when we just couldn’t beat the heat when we first moved in our home. Very nice work, clearly skilled in the trade and haven’t had an any issues since, still cools like new. Highly recommend

Our furnace quit working before bed, but thankfully we have our fireplace. We called Garret the next morning and he came over within an hour.Within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem. In two hours he was able to drive to the West end and back to Fort Sask and install the new parts.Very responsive, good communication throughout the job and professional. We recently had a A.C unit installed in our house this past summer From Garrett from Remedy Mechanical and we couldn’t be happier. We live in Beaumont and Dealing with Garrett was a real pleasure. I love these guys! At two different points we have had them come to do repairs. Once to replace our hot water tank and the other to replace a valve on our furnace. He has been able to find the products needed quick and efficiently. He is always friendly, easy to talk to and work with, professional, extremely fair for pricing (we live in a different down), efficient, and just all around awesome! He is straight and to the point and doesn’t try to rip you off. We will ALWAYS use Remedy Mechanical. They may not have all the gimmicks and promos that the big companies have but that is all made up for with how awesome their work is. This is a family owned business, not a huge corporation. Furnace stopped working in the middle of the night , the property manager for my rental contacted this company as soon as they could , he made it as soon as he could after being notified. After a bit of trouble shooting, had the furnace back running in a short amount of time. Good work.
