We are a resident here for almost 4 years now, and just want to say how much we love renting with them. We havnt had any problems with the management or with the bldg itself! Our bldg always looks new and clean, and our waste bin outside the bldg is always empty and garbage is collected I believe 2 times a week. I can't say any bad things about this rental property, the place is safe and have no problem with our parking lot! I would highly recommend this to everyone, specially those looking for a safe/clean and good environment.

It's a very nice, safe, comfortable place to call home at timberstone village. Overall really positive experience and have been happy here. I'm a long time resident, and would recommend renting from Laebon.

We have recently moved into Timberstone Village, the apartments are very nice! Clean, spacious, well laid out, bright & the in suite laundry & dishwasher are lifesavers! The building itself is very clean & quiet. We have been here now for 2 weeks & have not seen 1 person in the halls. The parking is amazing! Lots of parking spots all with plugs for the cold winter days! The gym access for all residents is definitely a nice thing to have as well! Overall we are very pleased to be renting from Laebon & will be recommending them to any one who needs a new, affordable, quiet, clean place to live! So glad we get to call Timberstone Village our home!

Well maintained building, clean hallways and suites. I love having in-suite laundry. Having mobility issues the garbage receptacle is too far away from the building, that would be the only issue. Maintenance man is very efficient.

The staff is very efficient at communication with you and gives you plenty of information to answer any questions you might have, plus they give you a folder in case you forget later on. Only thing I would change is the between tenant cleaning could be improved and how far away the garbage bin is (not a long walk). Love living here!

Just wanted to share a recent experience from a parent perspective . . . Our daughter moved in about a month ago, loves the place, is very happy, which makes her mom and dad happy, of course! A situation came up in our daughter's apartment and she needed help right away. We live a few hours away and couldn't get there to help her. But building management/supervisors and even the higher up management came to the rescue. They reacted immediately, treated our daughter like she was one of their family members. They took time away from their own families and private lives to help our daughter. We were humbled by their personal touch and their immediate actions to help out. Can't say enough great things about the supervisory people involved who reacted right away and took care of the problem. Great job! Timberstone Village employees deserve a ton of credit and a huge thank you from us for showing some things that are, perhaps, rarities in our world today - kindness, caring attitude, common sense, empathy and the ability to go above and beyond the call of duty to help out a fellow human being when she was in need. Huge thank you from us. What you did meant so much . . . and it reinforced the view that there are still good people out there in the world who have big hearts.

Been living here over a year its super calm and quite and alot of the time it feels like you have the Building to yourself its not busy at all which is Is probably my favorite part. ive heard bad things about apartments being noisy but i Haven't had one thing to complain about, if you have a tv or fan on its hard to hear anything from outside but that being said i have horrible hearing so this statement might not be accurate. Its super cheap i save a ton living here Compared to my townhouse i was at.The building that I'm in is always spotless. Management can be pretty funny sometimes but thats water under the bridge with these big Complexs i think. They do fun stuff around the holidays and what not for people to win money, they have a gym and a secure package storage but just on a side note ive had over 40 Packages delivered right to my door sometimes they've sat there all day while I'm at work and not 1 has been stolen i only ever had an order of Buffalo wings get stolen from my door from some young girls that were living down the hall but i just reordered and let it go because it was not worth my time but they dont live here anymore anyways. Other than that it's been good.Oh one more thing was the info i got in the folder about how the door code buzzer works was wrong they had it written that the code would be the last 4 Digits of my phone number But it was my apartment number i think the lady was new so it was Is probably an honest mistake.
