They were amazingly fast and helpful when my daughter went in to fill my prescriptions the afternoon I was released from hospital. They continue to be fast and helpful.

Nothing but admiration for this team! During a time when everyone is stressed and asking for special exceptions this whole team works to do their best within the confines of what they can do. Natalie and David are constantally taking the time to accommodate and support my family and I and last night Natalie went above and beyond for our out of hours request. Thank You for your constant support during a very difficult time.

Since when did Tylenol shut down??? Why are the drugstores hiding flu and cold medication????? Canadian government probably told them to hide the meds like they did with the baby formula

Just transferred a new prescription and they were quick to correct the error of another pharmacy and dispense! Very happy with them and very professional!

Not sure what happened, but this pharmacy went from being amazing to being unhelpful and rude. Will probably pull my business from them.

I have been using this pharmacy for the past two years. For the third time, when I call to refill a prescription, I get a lower quantity of the prescribed number of the drug that the last time. Their reason is that amount is all that is remaining on the prescription. POOR JUDGEMENT. All they had to do is fax the doctor for a repeat and that would have solved but instead they use this lazy way to show their unprofessionalism.They could have called me to ask if it the extra day or two to fill the prescription would be an issue but, they just follow the path of least resistance. I previously discussed with the head pharmacist (or owner) who apologized but to not avail.Now during a pandemic, I have to make an other trip to the pharmacy using my own gas and likely pay an additional dispensing fee Last time I give them my business.

I tried a few pharmacies in the area and was not happy with the experience, transferred to the Guardian and have been so impressed with their service. On many occasions their staff have gone out of their way to make life easier, going above and beyond what they are required to do.Often I will call with a problem and the pharmacy will immediately set about solving it for me, even if I was planning on doing so, saving me time and effort. I would highly recommend them, even though their pricing is a bit higher, you definitely get what you pay for.

I am not sure what has been going on over the last eight months but the customer service I have received has gone from outstanding to hell.First Id call in the needed prescriptions a day or two ahead and when we would go to pick it up it was never ready. Then I called and doubled checked as there was a new prescribtion for a family member. This was a new prescription needed asap. When I got there it wasnt even the right prescription filled. Even when I called into double check it was there.Then there was a change in my coverage. When I got the one prescription filled and went to pay there was a price difference. First when I called they acted confused and like I didn't know what I was talking about. I drove there with copies of the exact prescription and receipts showing different changes. They had a big story about how they charge if you have coverage and if you don't. The last few times Ive gone in to pick up the amounts have changed from $3.00 to $6.00.Now after all this I asked that the owner of the store Dave call me so I could have a discussion with him about the poor customer service Id been receiving the last few months. This is over six months later and no call. I have called several times and he's not in.My last straw was today. I ordered a prescribtion Saturday or should I say tried to order the system told me it was unable to be refill it. I then left a detailed message to order it. Well to my surprise I went to pick it up today and was handed a prescription I didnt even order. Yeah again what is going on. All I have to say is a PHARMACY that was once top notch and even delivered my Father's prescription to Markdale has gone to very poor service. Maybe its because Ward is no longer there and they are hiring people with none or little customer service skills. Or maybe they can't handle the growth in the area. I have given them over 8 months and it just keeps getting worse. So sad to see such a great pharmacy go to hell.

David is incredibly awesome, extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help out by any means!Easy to speak with and very understanding!Given the recent circumstances my family is enduring the switch of pharmacy's to guardian was a great decision, I highly recommend David and his team!
