Lovely ambiance, especially sharing space with the Chapters bookstore. Friendly, helpful staff and nice to have vanilla and nutmeg to sprinkle on top.Most unfortunately, the vanilla and nutmeg sprinkles are no longer available.

Classic Starbuck's.One thing... when you set down the cups for the customers, put the label outwards. I don't need strangers pawing my cup because the barista has a soft voice.

I was ignored vat the register until she was good and ready it was a few minutes. Then she got my name completely wrong. Wish there was another coffee shop nearby.In addition took my kids on april 3, there was no one counting heads so to Many people walked in. We were not the last people in but we were asked to leave! I won't be back and I took my kids to cuppers!

Made a mobile order this morning for a salted caramel cold brew and Cali ROCKED IT!!These gals are some coffee wizards and I love them!Wish I could give them 6 stars!

Worst Starbucks I have been too. I was just there and the teller let someone budge me because I was taking a little longer to decide and then they took a while to make my food and was super rude to me when I asked for it. No eye contact at all. I’m not going back.
