The store and the people who work here are seriously the best they actually care about there customers and the animals they keep this will now be my go to store for anything reptile or fish related thanks again for the ai prime super excited to test it out

1. Expensive aquariums, bad return policy. Currently, 20 Gallon all in one aquarium at Big Al is $75 more then other similar store. Also, No return policy on anything. Important thing to consider before buying.2. Better fish collection.3. Personal: Very weird experience. It was our 1st aquarium. Seller told me that if I buy the aquarium today, I will get stones free. As soon as I went for payment he changed his wording. I was a very weird and bad experience in the end. I was with my daughter and we were very happy while buying it so just wend with the purchase anyway, otherwise I would have cancelled my transection. I hope the future transection go reliably but i will be careful that time for sure.

Always great service and great prices. Staff are very willing to share expertise to make sure whatever you're purchasing can thrive.

So far, so good. Great place to buy your fish. Great customer assistance and very knowledgeable. I will buy from them again soon.

Maybe it wad just a bad day... I was hoping for reef fish or corals. They had a few overpriced skeletons I'd not even call rescues. And nothing else. Store seemed nice enough but a waste of my time that day.

I've been here a couple of times before and it was just like any other pet store, I looked around while Staff cleaned the tanks.But my last trip was so wonderful that I will be returning more often. The Staff on this day were helpful, knowledgeable, and more importantly, kind and friendly.

The staff were friendly and helpful in finding the appropriate food we needed at the price point we wanted. My kids loved looking at all the fish and were amazed by the turtles, and they were given a Halloween candy as well :)

Great place! Incredible assortment of fresh and saltwater fish, very knowledgeable, and lots to see if you love fish! Edit- been coming here for about 6 months now and have gotten my favorite fish here. Anyone looking for fish, I break it down like this. Petsmart is great for beginner, cheap, very popular and common fish. Big als is the best for common fish prices, as they have discounts on multiples, and they also get rare fish for great prices (just got a discus for $80). Finally, Bobby Gs is good for some common, some rarer fish, but the price is reflective of the fish. Big als averages around $25 with some as cheap as 2.99 or as expensive as $80. Bobby gs averages about 59.99, with fish as high as 899. So for your average hobbyist, Big als is it, and if you go ofter enough, you will find amazing fish for amazing prices (my 12 black banded leporidus for 19.99)"
