Clean venue. The 2 lads at the front desk didn't see me walk in or out as they were glued to their phones the whole time. Great multi-use complex.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Aquafit is great. Always very clean.The building itself is not good, though. The driers (placed at a height so you can dry your hair, in theory) only stay on for five seconds if you're lucky. The side of the pool itself is VERY slippery.

Went for the Parent & Tot swim. They do not have a separate kiddie pool but the water in the pool was warm enough that my 17mth old son was able to swim for over an hour and not complain about bring cold.

Great pool, not too busy and the swim instructors are great. There's a swim instructor that looks like a grown up version of my kid! There is a lot of other fun activities there too, check it out!

Nice and clean area. Well organized.My only criticism is that vendor machines don't sell any water! Only pops and other sweet drinks.

Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre
Carling is always great. They have activities for all ages, from infant to seniors. Lifeguards are young but friendly, and helpful. Parent and tots swims are usually not busy, and water is always warm. Music is family-friendly (Disney soundtrack!), and they have the usual pool toys, and the stairs are always lowered for easy entry. You really can't go wrong here, worth the visit.
