Been here a couple times. Most recently, they got me in for an oil change in less than 24 hours’ notice. Other places I called were booking at least 1 week out. They’re knowledgeable and communicate very well. Leo was great and I think it was Nick that helped me last time? Good people, good service!

Received an email response prior to opening of the shop offering me my preferred time! I actually called to confirm and check their schedule and was offered an earlier time that suited me better!Work was completed-oil change, very professionally done!Chris was my initial contact and Leo was the person on site I dealt with. Copies of the report on the check list was emailed, I viewed on site-very well done and clean space for anyone searching for good service this is it!

I must say after a disagreement I got a call from midas and the disagreement was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. The place is clean the employees are pleasant. They explained all concerns. I would recommend this place.

The shop was great, they fit my car in on short notice and worked quickly and efficiently. The service was friendly and they were thorough with explain what was being done and why. They changed my breaks and transmissions lines and did an oil change. I’ll be using this shop again.

The team at Midas was friendly and accommodating. In the seating area they offer coffee and provide a phone charging station with multiple cords for different devices which allows customers to feel more comfortable while they wait. Everyone was polite, and the oil change itself was quick. The cost of the services provided ended up being more than I’d originally been quoted when I booked the appointment, but Rhea, the Service Advisor, worked with me to keep the cost as low as she could. I’m incredibly grateful for her service today. I’ll be returning to Midas for my next car service appointment.

I booked 2 appointments at this location. One was at 9 a.m. for my truck's seasonal tire change with balance. Note. wheels were already on rims. It took these guys 4 hours to do my tire swap. I had to cancel the other appointment. The worse part is no shuttle service.

The guys at Midas were fantastic. I’ve been having major electrical problems with my van and they dove into it with a lot of their time.It ended up being a dealer fix only because of the severity of the problem.They could’ve started replacing things and charged me a lot of money, but instead told me it’s best to take it to the dealer. They only charge me a very fair rate for what they had done.I will be definitely bringing my other vehicle here for my future services.

I give them a bad review the first time around for bad mufflers installation. I spoke with Nicholas of the bad job that somebody did and no question asked, made me appointment to go back to fix the problem and Nicholas made a fantastic installation perfect, thank you very much Nicholas and you will see me back with other work keep up the good work.Thanks Joe

I recently moved to Collingwood and it was my first time taking my jeep to any automotive establishment in Collingwood. Very great experience. They were quick to get back to me with an oil change appointment and they were very trusting from the moment I was greeted. I was really impressed with the before photos they took that they later emailed me. They did exactly what I was there for and didn't try to promote anything that wasn't on my agenda.Thank you for your service. I will be returning in the future.

Service was great and Nick kept me updated. Air conditioning repair cost was twice what it should have been but hey whatever. Two full days without a car was not cool given what I was paying for service. Really inconvenient. Should have been able to source parts and complete the repair in one business day.
