I have been with RBC for almost 3 years and all thanks to my advisor Naveen for always helping me with my queries. He is so patient and have answers to all my questions and try to suggest better ways.

I had an appointment with Satvinder Singh (Sandy) Financial Advisor at Royal Bank Newton Branch to review my existing mortgage and its segments and also my upcoming new mortgage. No words can justify the way Sandy carried over the conversation and carried out the changes to my existing mortgage and its segments, given the current uncertainties in the industry, with regard to the interest rates. She gave me the best of the best advice with highly transparent and hugely helpful discussion, showing me various wonderful options, in managing my cashflow and finally arriving at the aptest one. By her review and execution of changes, my cashflow completely got eased up to quite an extent, reducing considerably my monthly debt payments to more than half from the current level. Now, my rates are reduced to 2/3rds of their original levels which are nothing short of miracles. Regarding my new upcoming mortgage too, she gave the right inputs and the best advice to which way to go, thus taking away all our stress, as a family! All these were done with greatest precision and at lightning speed, in one single sitting!We are extremely thankful to Sandy for playing a stellar role in her current role and wish her nothing but the best in her career with this great bank! Banks are not great on their own but made great by having people like Sandy! Sandy deserves huge support and encouragement from the management, as nowadays, it is hard to see an employee, as precious as Sandy! Without a doubt, she is one greatest asset, not only to this branch but also to the whole bank! 10 stars all the way!

I wish there was a zero star option for this branch. Absolutely the worst kind of service I have ever received. The staff knows nothing about customer service, no smiles, not welcoming at all. Please don't waste your time doing business with them.
