We had a 2-night stay at this strange property that should by no means be called a hotel. The room didn't have the bare minimum requirements for a comfortable stay. It was freezing cold inside the room and when we asked for heat to be turned on they simply said it was not possible. They did however refer us to a broken portable heater in a closet in the hallway! The bedding was in terrible condition, there were two baby sized, flat pillows. We asked for pillows, but never received them. There was complete lack of response when we tried to reach the management the day after. There was also very loud and quite disturbing noises coming from upstairs literally shaking the building around 1am!Do not trust Expedia or any other booking website on this advertisement. It looks nothing like the pictures.

This place was clean but no additional amenities were provided besides the absolute basics. They charge a property fee of $50-$100 on top of the room charge that makes the cost completely unreasonable for what is provided. I won't return in future. Also, all quality reviews are relative, as I was asked for a review but coerced into giving a good review or risk them giving ME the same" review I gave them. I'm not sure what the risk of that is but we were quiet

Beautifully renovated suite, staff is very friendly and accommodating! Great spot for a weekend in town but also has everything you need for a short term rental while you're in Waterloo.
