This year the experience with this office was very disappointing. I filled my taxes on March 28th and almost a month after CRA agent stated that my taxes hasn’t been feel. Today in April 24th still waiting for my tax return. Staff is very nice, but honestly I believe the price of the service is not worthy.

Two errors in as many years. In 2022 they forgot to send in my return after completion. They gave me a $50 gas card as a sorry which we thought was fair and next year went back. This year an error on my husband's return cost him a lot of money. The girl who was completing my husband's return actually at one point said, my bad!" Don' t worry though
